Some say to lead without fear is impossible. I disagree —because when you focus on taking action right now, willing to take the very next step, there's simply no room for fear to grip you. Fear sneaks in only when you hesitate, when you overthink, or doubt what you already know must happen. Real leadership moves forward, even if the path is not fully clear and clarity is lacking.

Psalm 118:6 nails it: "The LORD is for me, so I will have no fear. What can mere people do to me?" If that's not a rallying cry to lead boldly, I don't know what is.

Fear is a season you don't have to stay stuck in. You lead your family, your teams, your community, or your church—but when it comes to leading your own life, fear freezes you. You stall. You get stuck. Excuses pile up, and nothing changes.

That's a choice. You get to decide if fear or courage drives your story.

Pause and consider: What do you do when fear shows up? When you face the unknown and your footing feels shaky?

Do you let fear paralyze you? Or do you claim your power and move forward anyway?

Here's the truth: Leadership is not about having no fear. It's about pushing past it. It's about choosing adventure over anxiety.
