But what if you could see beyond these self-imposed limitations and embrace the possibilities that lie ahead?
What if you could silence the thoughts of fear and doubt, and explode into a nature of calm and consistent adventure?
Now, that might seem like a paradox-- but sometimes what is magnificent comes from what appears muted or opposite.
The K.I.S.S. ~ Unmute the greatness within! It's time to challenge the status quo and embark on a journey of stretching and growing. Here are three ways to face your fears head-on and step out of your own way:
1. JUMP IN NOW -- Embrace Fear: Instead of avoiding or suppressing your fears, confront them head-on. Feel the fear and just do it! Acknowledge the discomfort, but don't let it hold you back from pursuing your dreams. By embracing fear as a natural part of the growth process, you empower yourself to take bold steps toward the unknown.
2. LIGHT YOUR BELIEF TORCH -- Cultivate Self-Trust: Trust your instincts and believe in your abilities. As Mark Twain famously said, "Twenty years from now, you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do." By trusting in yourself and your decisions, you open yourself up to a world of endless possibilities and opportunities for personal and professional growth. You get to see what is possible in the present.
3. TAKE A.I.M. -- Action Ignites Motivation: Break free from analysis paralysis and take decisive action towards your goals. As motivational speaker Tony Robbins once said, "The only impossible journey is the one you never begin." Make a commitment to yourself to push past your self-imposed limitations and take tangible steps toward the life you desire. Whether it's signing up for a new class, starting a passion project, or embarking on a new adventure, the key is to take that first step and keep moving forward.
"One step at a time leads to miles of greatness!" ~ Kristianne Wargo
"Break free from the chains of your mind and embrace the limitless possibilities that await you." ~ Kristianne Wargo
It's time to silence the voices of doubt and fear and step boldly into the unknown. "The path to your growth is paved with challenges and uncertainties, but it is in overcoming these obstacles that you experience your miles of greatness." ~ Kristianne Wargo
So are you ready?
Dare to dream. Fare to take action. Dare to believe in yourself.
The possibilities lay not outside of you, but within your own mind. Embrace the journey ahead and watch as your life transforms before your very eyes. What you see, you can receive!
"Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"

In a world where routine can become comfort, change can often seem daunting. We find ourselves content in the familiar, hesitant to step into the unknown.
Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co
But what if the path less traveled is where we are truly meant to be? What if, like Paul in the Bible, we too can undergo a transformation that leads us to our purpose, our destiny?
In Acts 9:1-19, we see the incredible story of Saul, a man who once persecuted Christians, only to be struck down and blinded by a great light on the road to Damascus. Saul's encounter with God transformed him into Paul, a devoted follower of Christ whose life's work would shape the early Christian church.
Like Saul, many of us may find ourselves stuck in our own ways, blinded by our own perceptions and fears. We resist change, clinging to what is comfortable and familiar.
But God's plans for us may require a shift in perspective, a willingness to step out in faith and embrace the unknown.
The K.I.S.S. ~ But have you RSVP'd?Payne Stewart was a professional golfer known for his distinctive fashion sense and remarkable skills on the course. However, his legacy goes far beyond his achievements in golf. Leading up to his tragic death in a plane crash in 1999, many believe that Payne Stewart experienced a profound spiritual awakening that transformed his life.
Stewart had always been known for his fiery temperament and competitive spirit on the golf course. But as he journeyed deeper into his faith, he began to exhibit a newfound sense of peace and humility. Friends and fellow golfers noticed a change in him, as he became more focused on his relationships with others and less on his own success.
In the weeks leading up to the plane crash that claimed his life, Stewart reportedly spent more time with his family, cherishing moments with his wife and children. He also made a point to reach out to friends and colleagues, expressing his gratitude and love for them in a way he hadn't before.
Tragically, Payne Stewart's life was cut short in the prime of his golfing career. However, his newfound faith and the impact he had on those around him endured long after his passing. Many believe that his spiritual transformation in the final days of his life was a testament to the profound impact faith can have on a person, even in the face of tragedy.
In the end, Payne Stewart's story serves as a reminder that true fulfillment and purpose can be found not just in success and fame, but in the relationships we cultivate and the faith we hold dear. His legacy lives on as a beacon of inspiration for those who seek to live a life of meaning and depth, grounded in faith and love.
Have you RSVP'd?
"Change is not something we should fear, but rather embrace as an opportunity for growth and transformation." ~ Kristianne Wargo
Just as Paul's encounter with God changed the course of his life- just as Payne Stewart was changed too- you too have the opportunity to answer the call.
So, I ask you, have you RSVP'd to God's call for change in your life? Are you willing to step out in faith, like Paul did, and embrace the transformation that awaits you? The journey may not always be easy, but who waits for you is worth it.
God is calling you today!
"Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"

In every relationship, especially in marriage, there comes a point where the usual bickering and misunderstandings can take a toll.
Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co
The idea of "forever" suddenly feels heavy, and the once-bright future ahead can start to look dim. For many couples, finding themselves in a cycle of blame and frustration is not uncommon.
You've got bills, responsibilities, kids, a career, pets, and the in-laws -- that's just to name a few. The pressure is real. And the thing is with us being so connected through technology, there is no mental break. Everything is always in your face, especially if you use social media. and are not just on it for entertainment.
That's when the waters get murky, the comparison jumps out often, and second-guessing becomes your go-to.
"Why did I even get myself into the situation?"
Yet, in the midst of these challenges, there lies a simple but powerful shift that can change everything - a shift from pointing fingers to saying "I will."
The K.I.S.S. ~ I will!Navigating the rough waters of a troubled marriage can be daunting, but it's essential to remember that change starts within. Look at who you are in the relationship.
Instead of focusing on what your partner isn't doing, try to shift the narrative to what you can do to make things better. It's a small shift in perspective that can lead to significant transformations in a relationship.
But it takes...
It takes you wanting to become better than who you think you are. That means you are putting yourself in your place. You are now in timeout, as we would tell the kiddos. You have got to focus on the person you control.
WARNING: Be careful who you talk to when asking for their opinions. If you have people who can't see all sides, then they are more likely to say, "There's nothing wrong with you." That naturally leads you to think you have nothing to change. And I'm here to tell you-- everyone has things that need to change!
1. BE KIND BEFORE OPENING YOUR MOUTH -- Practice Empathy: Before reacting to a situation, take a moment to step into your partner's shoes.
Understanding where they are coming from can help you approach conflicts with a more compassionate mindset.
2. SHUT UP -- Listen Intently: One of the most common pitfalls in a struggling marriage is the breakdown of communication. Make a conscious effort to listen actively to your partner without judgment.
Effective communication involves not just talking but truly hearing each other's feelings and needs. A lot of times, when our spouse is talking, we finish the sentences in our minds, which means we do not hear what is actually being said. And then you wonder who is mudding up the water?
3. BE WHO YOU ARE BECOMING -- Commit to Personal Development: Building a strong marriage requires individual growth and self-awareness. Work on becoming the best version of yourself, both for your sake and for the sake of your relationship.
By embracing the mindset of "I will," couples can take proactive steps towards rebuilding their connection and creating a more harmonious partnership. It's not about waiting for the other person to change but taking responsibility for your own actions and choices. You can only control YOU!
"When you are married, it's not about doing life one way, but coming together to create a way." ~ Kristianne WargoRemember, every journey has its bumps and detours, but with a willingness to shift from blame to action, couples can navigate through the storm and emerge stronger on the other side.
"Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"

There is nothing better than being a role model for our children. The more they see, the more they imitate.
Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co
Now, that can be good or bad, depending on what they see.
As parents, the way we behave and carry ourselves significantly influences the behavior and outlook of our children.
It's easy to get caught up in the chaos of daily life and forget that our actions speak louder than words.
Instead of constantly instructing our children on how to behave, why not lead by example and show them that true happiness lies in our actions?
The K.I.S.S. ~ Lead by example! So, how are you modeling the behavior you want to see in your children?
1. SMILE MORE THAN YOU COMPLAIN -- Practice Gratitude: Teach your children the importance of gratitude by expressing thankfulness in your daily life. When you show appreciation for the little things, your children will learn to do the same.
For example, say "thank you" to the barista at the coffee shop, or express gratitude for a beautiful sunset during a family walk. By practicing gratitude yourself, you set a positive example for your children to follow.
"Gratitude turns what we have into enough." ~ Kristianne Wargo
2. BE KIND IN SPITE OF -- Practice Kindness: Show your children the power of kindness through your actions. Whether it's helping a neighbor with their groceries or volunteering at a local charity, demonstrating acts of kindness teaches children the value of compassion and empathy.
Simple gestures like holding the door for someone or offering a smile to a stranger can make a big impact. By practicing kindness in your daily interactions, you inspire your children to spread love and positivity in the world.
"Kindness is free; sprinkle that stuff everywhere." ~ Kristianne Wargo
3. LOVE YOURSELF SO YOU CAN LOVE OTHERS -- Practice Self-Care: Prioritize self-care and well-being to show your children the importance of taking care of oneself. Whether it's setting aside time for a hobby you enjoy, going for a walk in nature, or practicing mindfulness, self-care is essential for overall happiness and fulfillment.
When your children see how you love yourself, they learn the value of self-love and nurturing their own well-being. Remember, you cannot pour from an empty cup, so taking care of yourself benefits not only you but also your children.
"Self-care is giving the world the best of you, instead of what's left of you." ~ Kristianne Wargo
As parents, we have the incredible opportunity to shape our children's worldview through our actions. Take what you've got and put it into action, Show them what values are and how to act with ethics and morals. Happiness lies in your actions. Now go spread the word!
"Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"

This poetic tribute serves as a beacon of inspiration, reminding us that within each of us lies a spark waiting to be kindled, a flame yearning to illuminate the darkest corners of our journey.
The K.I.S.S. ~ Light the Flame! In the dance of life, we find our stride,
With courage as our faithful guide.
Through valleys deep and mountains high,
We spread our wings and touch the sky.
With each step forward, we light the flame,
Igniting passion, stoking the same.
Through darkness and through stormy weather,
We stand firm, together, forever.
For courage whispers in our ear,
"Keep moving on, have no fear."
Through trials and tribulations, we rise,
A steadfast spirit, a fire in our eyes.
So let us march on, hearts aflame,
Embracing challenges without shame.
For in the journey, we discover our power,
To keep moving forward, hour by hour.
With courage as our trusty steed,
We ride into the sunset, fulfilling our need.
To chase our dreams, to seize the day,
With passion burning bright, lighting our way.
"Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"

In today's fast-paced world, it's easy to get caught up in the chaos of everyday life, which can often lead to feelings of overload.
Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co
From juggling work responsibilities to maintaining relationships and taking care of yourself, the demands can feel never-ending.
However, to achieve a balanced and healthy lifestyle, it's essential to take a step back and evaluate what changes need to be made. This process goes beyond just focusing on the number on the scale; it's about taking a holistic approach to well-being.
The K.I.S.S. ~ See beyond the scale! When it comes to overhauling overload, looking at the bigger picture is crucial. Here are three actionable steps to help you navigate your journey toward a healthier lifestyle:
1. THINK ABOUT YOUR WHY -- Practice Mindfulness: Take the time to tune in to your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations. By being present in the moment, you can better understand your triggers for stress or unhealthy habits. As mindfulness expert Jon Kabat-Zinn once said, "Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way; on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgmentally."
2. WHAT MATTERS TO YOU? -- Prioritize Self-Care: Self-care is not selfish; it's a necessary component of maintaining overall well-being. Whether it's carving out time for a relaxing bath, engaging in physical activity you enjoy, or nourishing your body with nutritious foods, self-care plays a crucial role in combating overload.
3. WHO CAN LOVE YOU IN THE MOMENT? -- Seek Support: Don't be afraid to reach out for help when needed. Whether it's talking to a trusted friend, seeking guidance from a therapist, or joining a supportive community, surrounding yourself with a positive support system can make all the difference in managing overload. As Brené Brown wisely stated, "Vulnerability is not winning or losing; it's having the courage to show up and be seen when we have no control over the outcome."
"In the journey of holistic health, true transformation begins with self-awareness and the courage to take the first step." ~ Kristianne Wargo
By adopting these strategies and embracing a holistic approach to healthy living, you can begin to overhaul your overload one step at a time.
"One step at a time leads to miles of greatness!" ~ Kristianne Wargo
Remember, small changes can lead to significant transformations in your overall well-being. Start today and pave the way for a healthier, happier you.
"Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!"

But I get it-- Life's unexpected twists and turns can leave you feeling overwhelmed, with doubt creeping in and your confidence wavering.

Here's the truth - within each of us lies a wellspring of strength, resilience, and determination.
You got the right stuff!
Yet, it's easy to forget that sometimes, especially when the weight of the world seems to be resting squarely on our shoulders. But take a moment to remind yourself - you got the right stuff!
The K.I.S.S. ~ You got the right stuff! And if you are one who is questioning your abilities, then you're the one putting limits on the possibilities.
Don't sell yourself short because you of your circumstances, failures, thoughts, or excuses.
You get to decide the direction you want to go. Now, that doesn't mean the journey will be easy. But you won't know until you start, or continue.
Every obstacle, every setback, every moment of uncertainty is an opportunity to tap into that well of inner strength and push through. You have the resilience to weather any storm, the determination to face any challenge head-on, and the courage to keep moving forward, no matter what.
So, as you navigate the ups and downs of life, remember this - you are capable, you are strong, and you have the right stuff!. Embrace your power. Believe in yourself. Know that there's no limit to what you can do.
Borrow the confidence from me. Take hold of the belief torch and hold tight. If it gets a little hot, that's okay. Sit the torch down, and then pick it back up.
You got the right stuff!

There's no other way to put it than to create your now!
Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at Women of IMPACT. https://createyournow.mn.co
But how do you make it all work? How do you formulate your thoughts to position your words to control your actions so you can have behaviors that, over time, give way to your habits that can change the world you touch?
Why does life have to be so complicated? Why can't we dream what we want in our minds and execute with our hearts?
Stumbling blocks are just a part of life. And sometimes, you just have to do what you gotta do to get the right things done.
The K.I.S.S. ~ Get the right things done!In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, it's easy to get caught up in negative thought patterns that hinder our progress. You have got to learn how to shift your mindset with these three powerful techniques:
1. Practice Gratitude: Start your day by listing three things you are grateful for. This simple practice can help reframe your thoughts to focus on the positive aspects of your life and goals.
"Gratitude softens your failures, removing the sting of the fall and giving hope for the comeback." ~ Kristianne Wargo2. Set Clear Intentions: Instead of dwelling on what you can't do, set clear intentions for what you want to achieve. You've gotta be intentional! Write down your goals and visualize yourself accomplishing them to create a pathway for success.
3. Embrace Failure as Growth: Understand that failure is a natural part of the journey towards success. Instead of seeing setbacks as obstacles, view them as opportunities for the comebacks to learn and grow stronger.
"Failure helps to build a stronger foundation!" ~ Kristianne WargoRemember, as Kristianne Wargo says, "Changing your mindset is the first step towards achieving your dreams and getting the right things done."
But it takes one step, the first step.
"One step at a time leads to miles of greatness!" ~ Kristianne WargoGet the right things done!

We crave instant results, instant gratification, and instant relief from our stresses. We want everything to happen quickly, seamlessly, and effortlessly. But what if I told you that the key to finding true strength, peace, and resilience lies not in the rush to the finish line, but in the gentle art of patience?

In the words of the prophet Isaiah, "But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint." ~ Isaiah 40:31
This is a great reminder that true strength comes from placing our trust in God's plan, even when we can't see the road ahead.
Life's challenges may test our patience, push us to our limits, and leave us feeling exhausted and defeated. But in those moments of struggle, it is our unwavering faith and patience that sustain us, lift us up, and carry us through the storm. As we navigate the twists and turns of our journey, we must remember that the path to true peace and contentment is paved with moments of waiting, trusting, and believing.
So, take a deep breath, dear friend, and lean into the strength of patience. Embrace the unknown with an open heart, knowing that every delay, setback, and obstacle is a stepping stone on the path to your journey of greatness. Allow patience to be your guiding light, your source of inner peace, and your wellspring of resilience. Remember, as I always say, "In the quiet space of waiting, you find the strength to soar."
May your heart be filled with faith, your spirit be lifted by hope, and your soul be anchored in patience. Trust in the journey, trust in yourself, and trust in the divine timing of it all. The strength of patience will carry you through; one step at a time leads to miles of greatness!

Unfortunately, after we get done dating and we've locked the relationship with wedding bells and rings, it seems that all the effort of investing in the marriage is tossed out the window.

Now, for a few month, and if you're lucky a few years, you might be subject to the "honeymoon" phase.
But that goes away swiftly, and then each person the in the marriage is left to fend for themselves.
Doesn't that sound like a marriage you want to be in?
Probably not. And that's why we need to chat. Marriage takes two and requires effort from both parties. However, if you are getting what you want, why would you try harder?
This is what happens when you have one spouse who is physically present, but emotionally absent. They do everything to keep you close enough without giving you everything you need. Literally, they are stringing you along.
They think they are providing for you, working hard for the family, and all you do is complain. They flip it on you making it your fault. They don't want to give anymore, but they want more from you.
It's when a partner like that is emotionally lazy. They're done. Now, it's all up to you to hold the marriage together.
That is not a marriage! If you are in this position, you can't withstand this over time. Your marriage is dying.
So what do you do if you are in this situation?
The K.I.S.S. ~ Confront this dynamic in your marriage! In moments of emotional absence from a spouse, taking proactive steps can help bridge the gap and nurture emotional intimacy. Here are three strategies that can be implemented:
1. Set Clear Expectations: Establishing clear expectations for emotional availability and support can provide a roadmap for both partners. Communicate openly about your needs and boundaries to foster a deeper emotional connection.
2. Avoid Over Functioning: Rather than repeatedly pleading with your spouse for emotional engagement, focus on setting boundaries and expressing your needs assertively. Over-functioning can lead to feelings of frustration and resentment.
3. Accountability: Encourage open and honest communication about feelings and experiences. Holding each other accountable for emotional responsiveness can promote understanding and connection.
In the ebb and flow of marriage, emotional stability acts as a cornerstone for navigating challenges and celebrating milestones together. It is essential for partners to be attuned to each other's emotional needs, dreams, and aspirations.
"Emotional stability is the catalyst that fuels the journey of two souls intertwined in love and commitment." ~ Kristianne Wargo
Embracing emotional presence in marriage means prioritizing understanding, empathy, and mutual support. By fostering emotional stability, couples can cultivate a deep sense of connection, resilience, and joy in their shared journey of love and partnership.
