Vinayak has an overall work experience of over two decades. He did his B.Com from the Modern College of Arts, Science and Commerce, his Master’s from Savitribai Phule Pune University, his Diploma in Labour law from Symbiosis Law School and his MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur. He has worked at various organisations including Grupo Antolin, Cummins India and Honeywell Turbo Technologies.
