It's an international affair at the Oscars this year with two non-English movies up for the big prize. This week's Best Picture nominee comes to us from Brazil covering the rampant corruption present in the country in the 1970s, repeating the theme from last year's I'm Still Here. This one is called The Secret Agent, but temper your expectations...it's not that kind of a movie.
