In Romans 4 we learn how Abraham lived by faith without doubting for 25 years as he waited on God.

What true faith in the gospel accomplishes in our lives based on what we find in:

Eternal peace with God

Steadfast access to the abundant grace of God (v 2a)

Confident assurance of our heavenly destiny with God

Powerful accomplishment of being confirmed in Christlikeness by God

Romans 5:1-11

(vv3-4)

The constant and abundant provision of the love of God

The guaranteed, absolute deliverance from the wrath of God

(v 9)

And because of the resurrection (vv 10-11):

We obtain adoption into the family of God

We are born again to a living hope by the power of God

1 Peter 1:3-5

We are qualified for an eternal inheritance as heirs of God

We have everlasting security of salvation by the protection of God.
