39: Finding Your Flow and Becoming a Warrior with Jennifer Oechsner

Wow. Wow. Wow.  Just when I thought I heard it all, and then some. Jennifer's story is another to add to the remarkable list of figuring it out and finding resilience.  She has such a kind heart and a warming spirit with a fierce warrior mentality.  Jennifer's thoughts: " I believe in a holistic approach to wellness. To live a vibrant life we all need good nutrition, a healthy lifestyle and consistent exercise. In my professional practice, I address each of these components to assist my clients in achieving optimal health and wellness. Warrior-Flow is about finding your flow, your path, to your best self. Finding your flow is about finding balance and giving the body the nourishments it needs to thrive. I assist my clients in finding that balance with a wellness program that includes an individualized nutrition plan, exercise recommendations and mindfulness practices. As a nutritionist,yoga instructor, martial artist and personal trainer I draw from each area of expertise to help my clients meet and surpass their goals. I currently reside in Jaipur, India teacher yoga and wellness at a small college. But I call the Pacific Northwest home and spent the last 8 years in Portland, Oregon offering my services in nutrition counseling, personal training, yoga and kickboxing.
