In this week's episode, I have the pleasure of interviewing my former college psychology professor, Dr. David Lefkowitz. Dr Lefkowitz is a professor, a cognitive behavorial therapist, and the director of a family crisis organization called Guardians Of The Sick. We discuss whether anxiety and depression are fully self imposed, passed down from our parents, or a mixture of the two. This is a big debate for many people and I for one have been looking for answers for quite some time.
