Yishai Fleisher has been on my guest most wanted list for some time now. Yishai is the international spokesperson for the city of Hebron, the founder of non-profit organization Kumah which helps connect diaspora Jews to Israel, a graduate of Cardozo Law, a former paratrooper, and a resident of the West Bank. Yishai has been on major media publications such as CNN, Al Jazeera, Fox, Vice, BBC and more. He has recently made several appearances on Piers Morgan where his raw and direct statements have put him on the frontlines of the pro-Israel voices online. Yishai has a sizeable YouTube channel with over 100k subscribers which is quickly growing, and I am honored to have been able to sit down and shmooze with him for over 2 hours. If you've seen some of my content on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict you'd know of my directness on the subject, but this was the most RAW and REAL episode I've uploaded to date and easily one of my favorite episodes.
Owning Manhattan just announced season 2 on Netflix! Ryan Serhant, founding broker of Serhant will be running a 2nd season of the hit show which will showcase ultra luxury deals, drama, and all of the glitz and glam that came with the 1st season and more. Jade Shenker, a commercial Realtor at Serhant, was on the cast of the show and has found her own creative ways of selling commercial property. Jade comes from a family of Real Estate developers which gives her a strong business upbringing mixed with creativity and the guts to do what hasn't been done before. After marital challenges and difficulty selling deals, Jade tells her story of emotional roller coasters, how she overcame them and how she used those tribulations as fuel to become a rockstar Realtor in the hyper-competitive NYC market.
Owning Manhattan on Netflix has become one of the most watched shows on Netflix. Ryan Serhant, founding broker of Serhant, opened the brokerage in NYC only 2 years ago. Serhant is now operating in 8 states across the US and it's quickly growing. Jordan March, a star of the show and one of Ryan's top agents, has quite a story of struggle and hardship with moments of not knowing how he'd pay rent and not having enough money for food. Jordan started working at a different Real Estate brokerage before Serhant but struggled through the 08 recession. After working in film and taking other work managing over 100 people at a technology firm where he closed 500 million in sales, Jordan knew he would eventually return to Real Estate. Jordan joined Ryan in the beginning of the brokerages opening when Ryan had no real plans of how he was going to grow. Jordan joined him nonetheless and the company has been growing by leaps and bounds ever since. You definitely don't want to miss this one!
