I don't take up too much time today.  I just wanted to show up, say Merry Christmas, and keep my promise of podcasting every day, even on Christmas Eve.  

I hope your holidays are going well.  I know this time of the year is a happy time.  It can also be sad and stressful.  If you are feeling overwhelmed or grieving this year (feeling the first Christmas without a loved one), my thoughts are with you.  Remember to take some deep breaths.  Control what you can.  Let go of what you can't.
