Sarah Fritz is one of the kindest loving souls I’ve known, yet until today's episode, we’d every only spoken over email. Our connection was sparked completely by chance, when the Yes Queen logo came across my instagram feed and I thought hmmm what is this?

Sarah's career started out in the fashion industry, moving into the magazine world and later she became the co-founder of St Dakota Creative Agency with her husband Mike. At the end of 2017, she launched Yes Queen - a not-for profit organisation and community that’s soul purpose is to future-proof wellbeing at work by erasing bullying and cultivating safe, positive and inclusive cultures.
