39. Tapping your way through Stress

Tap...tap...tap...Are you there?  Our body definitely has a way of getting our attention through the symptoms we have like gaining weight, digestive issues, allergies, headaches and other pains.  And the funny thing is that SO many of those symptoms have to do with Stress! 

If we can release the tension emotionally, we'll feel so much better!

That's what I've found to be true in my own journey with stress reduction, and especailly this technique has made a huge difference in my life in letting me let go of the past and process through some of that emotional tension.
