In Part 2 of the Cotton Club Murders, shady vaudevillian promotor Roy Radin goes to Hollywood and dives headlong into the movie business. He meets a notorious Florida femme fatale, hobnobs with mega producer Robert Evans, and does enough cocaine to kill a clydesdale. And things go very badly and very murdery for all involved.
