In this episode we talk with Ana Torralba about the concept of trust. Ana is a System innovation Consultant & Coach. She describes herself as a “faithfully courageous explorer”, a "pathfinder" helping both herself and others find their way with clarity and confidence.

In our conversation about trust Ana is stating that it’s a choice—one that starts with trusting yourself and extends to others. She believes self-trust is the foundation for trusting others. It's built through small, daily actions that lead to the confidence to navigate challenges. We also talked about what crucial role our upbringing plays in building trust. Trust can be seen as a form of capital—you can develop it during childhood, but it's also possible to build it later in life, step by step; starting with little things that you can do very day.
