#39: What to do if You're Having a Bad Day

This episode is about what to do if you’re having a bad day. Even when we are doing well, we will still have bad or off days and that is totally kind of OK. Sometimes we have many bad days in a row, so this episode will help you to recover from those bad days quicker. Some days we feel down, or they are just harder than others. On those days we need to give ourselves some grace and allow us to feel down while also taking care of ourselves. My therapist once told me to plan what is the bare minimum I can do even on my hardest of days. Days when I am struggling the most, what are some basic things I can do to still practice self-care and to not let myself get worse. It was a very good strategy that I am going to teach you today.
