39: You Can Do Anything You Dream of Doing, Except on Mondays and Tuesdays

Listen Later

Erin and Nicole sit down for another mono y mono episode and reflect on the immense possibilities they continue to see for their podcast, their lives...and for their listeners. They can see more and more every day that every single person out there has a unique and special purpose...and if they spend even a little time opening up "curtains", they'll find the answers they need to make it happen.  Kicking off with some old stories Nicole Licata Grant an Erin Hatzikostas reminisce about the days when they were roomies, including when Nicole dug someone's car out of the snow with a plastic bowl (her first entrepreneurial adventure - she did NOT do it pro bono!) Following on from Erin's interview with Amy Lacey of Cali'flour Foods (Episode 37), and Erin's guilty pleasure for Fish Sticks, Nicole also tells their infamous fish sticks story. They recap their recent annual shopping trip and some steps you can take to get a healthier gut. But be warned, Erin's WTF of the week came at the cost of a happy gut. Knocking around Nashville, Erin and Nicole share stories about hanging out at Losers ('cause who wants to go next door to Winners...boooring), meeting fans, and Erin's dad networking through getting a young guy to continuously "strip". They open up the curtains about the reason they met up in Nashville and all that they learned that can inspire you to know that anything that's on your head to do, you can figure out how to get there.  Erin briefly talks about her interview with Kate Duffy (episode 34), before the two move on to discuss the digital world, building and maintaining a brand and how "there is nothing you can't learn or can't do." Make sure to check our Erin's 2-day workshop March 20th-21st she's holding alongside Kaitlyn Czapiga (from Episode 5) titled "Your Richest Life". - Nicole will be there too!
