Often, the spouse feels like an afterthought, the "leftovers" of your attention.

3. Practice the Power of "Pause and Ask" Use holiday chaos to check in with questions like, "How are you really feeling? What can I do to support you this week?" Showing curiosity and care amid busyness validates your spouse's experience and nurtures your bond.
