As you begin to move into the weekend, I want to invite you to see your weekend through a different lens—one that notices the small, sacred slices of time you can claim as yours.

Maybe it's the quiet sip of coffee before anyone's up, or the laughter around your kitchen table. Perhaps it's a walk beyond your front door where the cold air wakes you up or a minute to breathe deeply in your favorite chair.
