But here's the thing: It's not all about the plays on the field. Yes, it helps you score points, but you have to be able score for it to matter!

If your body cannot do it, you will not win!

Now I get that there are some grand events happening this week. You've got the start of the Olympics and the Super Bowl.

Who doesn't want to celebrate with good food and drinks?

Do so, but in a manner that won't tear apart your insides or your outsides. Right?!? I mean, come on!

Give yourself permission, though, to celebrate with kindness.

This week, real commitment means small but strategic shifts that unlock your strength, focus, and resilience. It's your move—are you ready?

Action Steps to Fuel Like a Champion

  1. Sleep Audit: Start tracking your sleep for a few nights. Use an app, a journal, whatever works—but be honest. Then commit to getting at least 7 hours a night this week. Don't settle for less.
