Journal Prompt: 
Write 3-5 of these sentences.
Fill in the blank: I feel anxiety, irritable, or stressed out when _____________________.
Contemplate whether you would benefit from removing or some perimeters and/or boundaries in these areas.
Examples of perimeters: I will only check Tiktok 5 times a day.
Example of a Boundary: If a conversation in the group chat, in this Facebook group, or with this certain person is causing me to get heated or overly stimulated, I will take a break from the conversation for 15-30 minutes until I can calm my nerves and re-engage. 
When to consider removal: If the behavior is compulsive or is causing a decline in your mental state.  Referring to a medical professional may be helpful in these situations.
