In this solo episode,  I explore the distinction between hustle culture excellence and actual excellence. I argue that hustle culture promotes a toxic mindset focused on competition and superficial success, leading to burnout and emptiness. In contrast, actual excellence is rooted in hard work, commitment, and self-discovery, emphasizing the importance of the journey over mere results.
