3D Plats Podcast

A demonstration of 3D Plats technology and services. 3D Plat™ Imagery provides you with a simulated "flight" over a specific project. Your project-specific plat and selected engineering information are draped over earth contours and high-resolution satellite imagery. The "flight" offers viewers an astonishingly clear and comprehensive view of the project, answers questions about the scope of your project, and provides persons of interest in your project with an objective and highly informative presentation. 3D Plat™ Animations take visualization of your project to the next level. In addition to "flights" which utilize satellite imagery draped over earth contours, 3D Plat™ Animations "construct" your project as drawn. Roads, cuts and fills, building envelopes, clearing and similar improvements are created in accordance with your plans, thereby allowing viewers the opportunity to see an amazingly accurate representation of your project as completed. 3D Plat™ Animations provide an impressive presentation tool which allows you to direct your clients, contractors, prospects ---even adversarial parties--- to focus on the specific attributes and merits of your project, rather than on emotional and fearful reactions to the unknown.
