Sam Ruben is the Chief Sustainability Officer and a Co-Founder of Oakland based Mighty Buildings. Mighty Buildings is on a quest to build homes using 3D printing, robotics and automation. Their system is able to build homes “two times as quickly with 95% less labor hours and 10-times less waste” than conventional construction. In fact, they can 3D print a 350-square-foot studio apartment in just 24 hours.

He joins the show today to talk about the company and the journey to bring 3D Printing to construction.
