2008 I found myself pregnant and single after an emotional roller coaster of treatment.

I decided to bite the bullet and go part time, so I could be the Mom who attended all the sports days, plays etc.

I wanted to be that “YES MOM” to any reasonable requests!

In 2014 I was introduced to UW and saved lots of money on my bills as a customer.

I was also shown the amazing opportunity to earn an increasing residual income by helping others save money.

I said yes!

Welcome to Episode 8 of the 3%ers Business Coaching.  This week’s episode is an interview with Simone Sumers.

"Hello my name is Simone Sumers and I am your Online Training Expert and founder of Video Onboarding Ltd.

Growing up I was a professional dancer and loved learning anything and everything. This showed to be an amazing advantage to my career when I started teaching German 15 years ago. I was very young when I started my first teaching job, but my passion for helping people learn and feel comfortable while doing so, meant that I quickly rose within the ranks.

My focus as a teacher was to help the student feel at ease while learning, which often can be a stressful situation in special ed. My biggest win back when I was a teacher, was when students were able to feel comfortable and at ease during their exam, because they felt like they knew what they were walking into due to our work together.

I now love being able to bring that same element into companies or charities and helping them bring their new staff on board. I like to say that I bring my warmth and preframing skills from teaching special ed into your company or charity to help make your new team members a part of the business family from the start.

What would it mean to your business if your new employee from the start understood the why, history and soul of the company, while feeling like they knew exactly what they are walking into?
