Anthony is flying solo this time, and he has a big announcement (0:40) before he digs deep into the upcoming MLB season. Ant is worried that parity will be absent from the 2018 campaign (1:40), then enforces that very legitimate analysis by showing some hate to the Miami Marlins (16:45). In a stunning move, Ant offers to buy all of YOU lunch if the Tigers don’t finish last in the AL Central this season (26:15), which has made Derek into an instant Tigers fan BTW! In the second half, he is joined by Dan DeGregorio (@DanDeGregs) from the @BronxBomberBall blog to have a robust analysis of the Yankees and the AL East (26:50) culminating with some World Series predictions (37:30).

This week Derek moves into the ‘host’ chair while Cole goes in depth on how increased parity is making for some exciting basketball in both March Madness (3:00), and the NBA as the playoffs loom large (26:45). In the wake of his being compared to Black Panther, the boys marvel about King James’ insane training regimen and what it costs (19:15). In our robust NFL chat, right before Derek predicts the first 5 picks of the draft (49:15), he breaks down the fallout from the Jets’ super-trade(36:30) and learns which NFL team Cole actually loves most (39:00).

Today in the boys’ NCAA conversation Anthony recalls his latest 1 on 1 game vs. Cole (4:00), they all reflect on wisdom learned from movies like ‘Blue Chips’ & ‘The Program’ (10:00), and later on they surmise that being a referee in any sport is ‘No Country for Old Men’ (19:15). Should we be worried about the beard uprising in the NBA (31:45)? And lastly, they construct the Mt. Rushmore of modern running backs... Rodney Hampton alert (39:00)

This week in our first quiz segment, Anthony & Cole prove that loving basketball is different than knowing the trivia (3:30), they all have to eat crow after a great NBA all-star game (11:45), and Derek gushes about Lebron...again (13:30), Anthony schools us on baseball’s speed of play (23:30), finally we learn that Cole does a pretty good Charles Barkley while Derek’s Shaq impression needs work (18:30).
