“Pastor Corey wraps up our God Is… pt.2 sermon series with the story of the Fiery Furnace in the book of Daniel. We see how the 3 boys knew, believed, and trusted God’s truth when facing opposition and that Truth carried them through!”

This week, Pastor KT and Pastor Corey tag teamed the message on patience, where we learn God is not in a hurry or controlled by time, our interference is not faith, and faith begins with knowing we are seen.

This week, we see how God shows us mercy, and in return, we are to show others mercy. Mercy resembles the Father, remembers, and restores.

“Pastor Corey continued our series, teaching on how God is Just. God sees the whole story, He judges what is wrong rightly, and He moves what is wrong toward what is right.”

Jesus' presence changes the atmosphere and even darkness recognizes it and flees. This week, we look at the story of the man with leprosy in Mark 1. This man who had to publicly proclaim he was unclean, walked up to Jesus to be healed. Jesus then used His holiness purposefully to heal the man. Similarly in our own lives, Jesus can take what is unclean and make it holy. Our past doesn't have to determine our future and that is good news!

“God is…Eternal. Co-worship leader, Ryan Cartwright, dives into John 11 and the death of Lazarus. We tend to put God on a timetable of when we want to see Him perform miracles and move in our own life and those that we love, however, He is eternal. He exists in the beginning, in the present, and in the future.”

God is…Immutable. Our God is accountable to the things He has said. He will always see it through!

n week 4 of “God Is…” Pastor KT walks us through the story of Joseph and illustrates how in every plan for evil, God uses that very plan for our good and His purpose. We get to now process, in light of God’s sovereignty; How should we be looking at trials and tribulations in our own lives? What does He see, when our view is limited?
