In light of the trauma of betrayal and abuse, it's no surprise that the Enemy tries to throw all sorts of lies at us.  

Lies about who we are (or aren't), what our situation says about us, and the hopelessness of our future can easily cause us to spiral into depression and fear.

In this episode, I share about how we need to "trade" whatever lie the Enemy has attacked us with, and replace it with the Truth of God's word.
