My guest this week is one of my favorite humans, Florida detective Bill Mauro. Outside of his police career, he is focused on making himself intentionally uncomfortable and improving his life. His current challenge is to complete a "murph" work out per day for 365 days. Our conversation focuses on stoicism, discipline and being uncomfortable and how that brings you great things.
