4: 3 Short Meditations for Anxiety and Personal Power

In today's episode I share 3 AWESOME short breathing meditations that take only one minute or less to complete. PERFECT for stress relief at work, while running errands, driving, or even talking. 

Meditations Mentioned: 
1. 8-3-1 Breathing Meditations Breathe in slowly through nose for 8 counts, hold for 3 counts, exhale out your mouth for one forceful breath. Great for anxiety and stress. You can do this one anywhere. Especially great for work! 
2. Breathe of Fire This is a yoga breath pattern that is great for increasing energy and personal power. I recommend watching someone do it on Youtube to see a visual in real life. In this meditation, you breathe in and out quickly through your nose, while forcefully moving your diaphragm out as you inhale, and in as you exhale.

3. Nostril Meditation This meditation is great for stress relief. Do this one ANYWHERE! As you breathe in and out through your nose, alternate focus on each of your nostrils. Notice which one is dominant, and which one is not. Play around with switching back and forth between the two.
