In this episode there is some adult or sensitive content as Gaby talks about her experience in breaking free of an abusive relationship and marriage.  She comes out victorious even though it was really hard mentally and emotionally. 

Her experiences speaks volumes about how essential it is to recognize that you are your own hero!  Make your story yours, keep your power, do the hard thing.  She speaks about judgement and how she wished that people who didn't know her situation had not assumed the worst of her.
