So often I hear from Mums saying that they try to make changes, yet usually over time, the changes they try to make come undone eventually. They go back to their old habits.
Whilst I believe it is super important to get clear on the actions that you need to take to change the way you eat, we need to dig deeper than that. Otherwise, in my experience & opinion, you would already have what you want.
