HEYYY, we are excited to release our fourth episode of season two - 4. CALM!

It's been a while since our last release for obvious virus related reasons, but we are delighted we found a way to still record podcasts together through the internet! So we hope to be back to our usual schedule now. 

It didn't feel right not to discuss COVID-19, but we also didn't want to add even more airtime to it as we personally have been bombarded with content about it, so we tried to strike a happy medium and discuss COVID in the light of stress management, staying calm, and dealing with anxiety and conflict. Emotional intelligence is always relevant folks!
