HEYYY, we are excited to release our fourth episode of season two - 4. CALM!

It's been a while since our last release for obvious virus related reasons, but we are delighted we found a way to still record podcasts together through the internet! So we hope to be back to our usual schedule now. 

It didn't feel right not to discuss COVID-19, but we also didn't want to add even more airtime to it as we personally have been bombarded with content about it, so we tried to strike a happy medium and discuss COVID in the light of stress management, staying calm, and dealing with anxiety and conflict. Emotional intelligence is always relevant folks!

We hope this finale highlights that emotional intelligence is constant self awareness, looking hard at yourself and accepting things in order to gain understanding and inner peace. For our 10th episode we decided to "mix" it up and invite cousin to Aislinn and friend to the pod, James Haskins...aka JASKINS. 

Identifying as a straight white male, DJ, and resident lad around town, we had a great conversation about emotional intelligence around drinking, the after sesh, fancying people who you can't commit to & talking to intimidating women. We also debate if the 'Irish Charm' is just negging and ask Jaskins to tell some of his major flirting woes.
