Hello and welcome back to our final episode of 2019!

We are ending Season 1 with a recap of the series. We take each episode / emotion and discuss what we debated, if we agree, disagree or have grown on the issue. 

The podcast has aimed to be an explorative series on emotional intelligence and we really enjoyed the exploration! We hope this finale highlights that emotional intelligence is constant self awareness, looking hard at yourself and accepting things in order to gain understanding and inner peace.
