Twisting and perverting scripture is a chief tactic used by Satan to maintain HIS dominion in the life of the believer by causing him or her to doubt God's word, will, and nature. By focusing on the truth we know, rather than falling into the trap of questioning, we are kept grounded and are better able to resist the attempts of the enemy to pull us into confusion.
