In order to find my voice, I always had this constant dread that there's gonna be a repercussion. Surrounding myself with safe people and with my spiritual tribe gave me the strength to pull back from family and gently find my voice. Jennifer Beitz has a similar story. Jennifer also downsized her relationships. As she awakened she recognized how she would let others speak for her out of fear of being rejected. Once she realized the value of expression over impression, impressing others, and then working with a coach, she began to see herself in her own sandbox. She broke the silence, shared her truth, and dove headlong into authenticity. Now Jennifer expresses to others her authentic journey so others don’t have to go through the same pain points.
