Today I want to talk about the customer journey. AT least the very beginning parts, because I think this is a huge topic that doesn't get talked about enough. This is NOT about cold DMs. If you think approaching your customer any different than walking up to someone and asking them to marry you, you better listen to this episode.

With branding, you are building a relationship. You are showing up consistently, authentically as yourself. You are building a relationship with your audience. So it's imperative that you get to know who your audience is, who your ideal client is, every step of the way. We're going to go into the first stages of your customer's journey of knowing who the heck you are.
