I haven't been feeling 100%
I have been off my tracking game, my workouts have been meh....I've felt loss and disconnected. It's been a year and half since the loss of my mom mixed with quarantine and the overall shock COVID has left us.
Here I will talk about how dealing with grief and trauma can really disconnect the mind and the body, and how important they are for overall happiness.
Once we bridge the gap between the two - how much results and things in life start falling into place.
