In this episode we suggest you start with trying to do a single set per exercise to failure and then add volume if necessary.
If you are a beginner, great! The high intensity training style will save you lots of time over your training life. If you have been training for a while, this style can help you spend less time in the gym and help you avoid plateaus.
Remember: more volume does not necessarily equate to increased strength. As Liam likes to say, all we need to do is stimulate change, and then walk away.
