Today we dive into habits.  What they are, why their important in our pursuit of happiness and holiness and why we find it difficult to create new habits.   We discuss why it's difficult to stick to new habits and the neuroscience behind that and that every habit is driven by a reward.  Without the reward, there would be no habit.   We dive into what to do when we are in the throws of urges as we work to quit old habits and create new ones.   We revisit the importance of creating new thoughts to create new emotions that drive us to take the actions we desire so that we can create new habits.
