It's been a recurring practice in my life for quite some time now to be mindful of what actually matters in life and examining if what Im doing actually lines of with that. Am I working towards my goals, my dreams, and who I want to be, or am I just filling my time and space with nonsensical things that feel good in the moment but don't actually help me or anyone around me? I've noticed more than I'd like to admit that it's the latter, and I think this has become a MAJOR part of humanity that is really holding us back from who we all want to become.
