We start with a discussion on how we each define the term 'value' as well as to how this guides and impacts each of our actions and decisions. A particularly interesting question for us is how differently values are defined working in software delivery teams.

We share our viewpoint and possibilities on how to avoid a clash of values and what a leader could do if there is a conflict when values are violated. We also share tools and methods of how you as a leader or manager could facilitate the discussion of values: Team Canvas and the Value Quadrant, which can be used with new or existing teams.
