On this episode, we are going to be talking to Esme Rose about her life as a health coach and mother during the coronavirus pandemic. Esme Rose is originally from London but now lives in Spain. Her background is in organizational & developmental psychology- she is a certified holistic health coach & is currently studying her Masters in Nutritional Therapy & Functional Medicine. Esme is also a full-time mum to Maya her 9-month-old baby girl.
