#4: Keto and No Carbs - Trying Keto for the First Time

In this episode I talk about trying keto and removing carbs from my diet for the first time. I explain some of the immediate impacts that had on my body and how I eventually found a good balance of healthy carbs afterwards.

I also talk about the carbs I slowly added back to my diet eventually which were:

  • Berries
  • Sweet potatoes
  • Lentils
  • Chickpeas
  • Almond butter
