We all have set backs but how we handle life’s obstacles is up to us!

Personally I have been feeling a lack of motivation the last couple of weeks.. but I’ve decided NO MORE!

In this weeks episode I push that reset button, and that’s OK!

With the good days, come the bad, but during those “bad days” it’s so important to remember and reflect on the GOOD days!

To fully complete my personal reset, I begin to scratch the surface of my weight loss and wellness journey over the last year! It took a lot of hard work to get to where I am, and today I reminded myself that the hard work DOES pay off!

I reminded myself this week that when you focus on yourself, your body and your mindset, the rest of the puzzle has a way of piecing itself together.

And to any negativity or road blocks out there we say... TAKE A HIKE!!!
