How can we communicate in a healthier way? Sometimes it just takes knowing the difference between Comfort and Solution, and knowing what we are looking for. But how will others know if we don't communicate!

We all know it is key to surround yourself with the right energy for you, but what if we have energies we just can't avoid?

After doing 3 hikes in 3 days and reconnecting with friends, the puzzle that is my life is feeling more put together than ever!

This week I talk about Validation, and why we look for that validation, and why it tends to be at the expense of comparing yourself to others.

We all do it, but we also all have the power in us to change out mindset to not give a F*CK what other people think!

When we give ourself the EFFORT we deserve, we are allowing ourselves to be grateful, proud and ultimately care about your own well being (instead of worrying about anyone else). Once you have all your own pieces in place, it makes it easy to see where you might be able to add some fun extra pieces in there.

At the end of the day putting Effort in for yourself and your relationships, you can continue your life with pride and confidence, knowing that you have given it your all!

We all have set backs but how we handle life’s obstacles is up to us!

Personally I have been feeling a lack of motivation the last couple of weeks.. but I’ve decided NO MORE!

In this weeks episode I push that reset button, and that’s OK!

With the good days, come the bad, but during those “bad days” it’s so important to remember and reflect on the GOOD days!

To fully complete my personal reset, I begin to scratch the surface of my weight loss and wellness journey over the last year! It took a lot of hard work to get to where I am, and today I reminded myself that the hard work DOES pay off!

I reminded myself this week that when you focus on yourself, your body and your mindset, the rest of the puzzle has a way of piecing itself together.

First Tuesday of February! How’s everyone feeling?

I don’t know if its the new moon or something in the water but I was riding the Good Vibes wave today on this episode!

Everything Happens... FOR A REASON!

2020 was a wild ride and I don't even dare to fully dive down that rabbit hole yet, but I do want to fill you in on parts of my journey and what has lead me to this point. Get to know a little more about me and how the meaning  "Everything Happens for a Reason" has never been so clear.
