Lately I got ask to share 4 Minutes for Life on my own. Before that,  I never really thought about what I would share. Eventually I discovered something while speaking. 2020 has been a rollercoaster, yet I learned a lot. 4 Minutes for Life finally started and got born to this earth and I can not wait for what 2021 holds for this project to evolve. In my 4 Minutes for Life I am talking about change and how much beauty is to find once you embrace everything that comes from that! I really did enjoy sharing my story!

Andi and I met 7 days ago, when he was participating in the same yoga-retreat  I did.  It did´nt take much time to become friends. His energy is beautiful and he always has a smile for the people around him. In his 4 Minutes for Life, Andi shares his journey, how he finally found a work environment that make him feel home. When I was volunteering in St. Jean Pied de Port I got to know Meggy on her way to the Camino de Santiago. Meggy was a Popstar in the 80´ies being a member of the Punkband "Fuzzbox". Yet, her 4 Minutes are not about success or being admired by thousands of people. It is a story about, how being the witness of a murder changed her life forever. Meggy´s story is a story about turning negative things into positive and don't loose faith and trust. It is a story about that some things are only understood after a period time. 

Some moments simply change the course of our life.

Ranjani story is story about empowerment. It is a story about failing, as well as winning. It is a story about dreams coming true. Growing up in Nepal she had to face quite a lot of obstacles in order to become a female business owner in Siem Reap. I met Ranjani  last year in Cambodia when I had a walk over the local market! I met her when I was doubting myself. And I left the market feeling empowered and full of courage! Thank you!

My pilgrimage changed the whole course of my life and eventually I learned how trust actually feels. After walking the Camino the Santiago I did some volunteering in St.-jean Pied de Port in the South of France after this tremendous shift I went through while walking across Spain. Eventually I met Gideon- a pilgrim by heart who walked  from Viborg in Denmark to Finisterre in Spain in 149 days. In his 4 Minutes he shares about pilgrimage and how this journey changed his view on humanity, trust and truth.
