Heartbreaks can happen anytime, whether in high school, in college, or going through a breakup or divorce at 40. Heartbreak is literally a monster and it doesn't matter your age or how seemingly perfect your life is. Something that is super important to me is sharing it all, the moments you celebrate in life and talking through the moments we feel like we can't get out of bed. In this episode, I'm sharing a time in my life when I navigated heartbreak, lessons I've learned that I want every woman to know about their worth, and how to focus on being the best version of yourself for yourself.
