Hello Radiant Souls! In this episode, I'm sharing five of my ten top tips for living a life that supports your soul. Join me for practical advice and suggestions that will uplift and transform your life experience.

Healing Tip 1: Connecting to Prayer - viewing prayer as a connection, as a conversation, as a bridge between the physical and the nonphysical world, as a ritual that uplifts and gives us the opportunity to tap into surrendering to the universal Truth that we are always held, guided, and supported.

Healing Tip 2: Slowing Down - giving ourselves the opportunity to remember that doing more, more, more disconnects us from the wellspring of our intuitive knowledge that is found within the sacred pause.

Healing Tip 3: Honoring your Truth - reconnecting with your authentic yes and no. We each have our own unique SOUL mission and objectives to accomplish as we grow, evolve and become who we truly are here in Earth School - so honoring our truth supports our ability to fulfill our soul mission.

Healing Tip 4: Embracing Boundaries - choosing to have experiences that feel aligned to our body, mind, heart and spirit will transform our lives into an experience that flows with more peace, more unconditional love and more heart opening moments that are in alignment with our soul.

Healing Tip 5: Prioritizing Play - Think about children - what is the number one thing that they want to do? PLAY PLAY PLAY right?? Why is that? Well because in their youth, they are the most connected to Source, unaltered by the demands and false limitations of this world. So to get in touch with your soul - I invite you to PLAY more! Play is also a beautiful way to raise your vibration and feel better if you have been feeling stuck or unmotivated with life lately.

3.) How do you think this tip will benefit those who are closest to you? For example, will it positively affect how you feel…….which will also affect how you show up in the world?

If the tip of your choosing is an activity, I encourage you to schedule this activity into your day or evening.

Or if the tip you chose is about incorporating a new awareness - like honoring your truth or establishing boundaries - I encourage you to place a post-it on your bathroom mirror and/or set a reminder on your phone to pop up everyday at the same time with a mantra that supports this new awareness.

For establishing boundaries - the mantra could be "I value my energy and I welcome people into my life that value my energy too."

For honoring your truth - the mantra could be "I honor my truth and I have the strength to say YES to what feels good and NO to what is not for me"
