I'm going to give you four easy ways to make money on Instagram. You've heard me talk about money hits, but what are they? These Instagram tools and tips will help you to maximize both your time and your dollars. Here are some Instagram strategies you can implement today and start earning money today, not tomorrow or next week. 

Money Hit One- Your Profile Photo and Bio

Here's the first Instagram tip you can easily start with your bio. We are going to look at two places you can easily update.  One creating branded profile picture and the second is to optimize your name field for searchability. Since Instagram has the ability to search keywords, it is important to use that name field to your advantage, even if that means leaving your full name off. Think about what your ideal follower is looking for and add those words to the name field. As for your profile picture, make sure it is bright and a close-up. 

BONUS TIP: If you have Canva, replace your background with one of your brand colors.

Mony Hit Two-Adding Captions to Stories

Please, for the love of God, start captioning your stories. About 80% of people watch stories without sound. You are just a talking bobblehead if you haven't added captions to your stories. You can add captions to your stories in a variety of ways, from the Instagram Feature of Captions to creating your own. By not doing this, you might be wasting your time and losing money. It’s an easy thing you can fix today.  

Money Hit Three- Captions

Whether it's a Reel or static post, make sure you have a catchy hook. When it comes to caption writing I teach the cash method and I believe you need to use at least the bookend of the C.A.S.H. Method. C is for a catchy hook and H stands for a happy ending or CTA. Using this method, you can create captions that convert into cash. To stop the scroll, you need a catchy hook. Think of it as a magazine headline.

TAKEAWAY: It must have at minimum a C and H from the Cash Method. At the very least, a catchy hook and a happy ending. 

Money Hit Four- Reel Covers

Is it important what Reel's cover looks like? You better believe it, they do. As with your captions, your Reel covers should have a hook. People need to be motivated to click on your reel. The best way to do that is to write something on it that catches their attention and makes them want more.
