He is a writer, speaker, coach, and investor dedicated to developing innovative solutions that improve employee health and reduce business costs.
Murray holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Performance & Sports Studies from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. He has worked with institutions like the University of Minnesota, Hennepin County (MN), Park Nicollet Health Services, and Ford Motor Company (including the UAW).
He began his career as a strength and speed coach at Vanderbilt University, coached many SEC and NCAA champions, and trained several Olympic athletes.
He has developed award-winning health and wellness programs, including those at Southern Farm Bureau Life Insurance and the Mississippi State Employee
